the simple solution to falling off the wagon
It's been almost two months since my last post. 😬
It feels weird to write - but there have been a few times over the last few months where I've thought of something worth sharing but I couldn't get over the obstacle of not having shared anything recently.
When you pause something (like I did with my emails), I've noticed that it can sometimes be hard to UNpause. I find that the longer you remain paused, the harder it gets.
This has been my experience with my emails and blog posts, as well as with going to the gym, as well as with any habit I've been trying to cultivate (especially habits visible to others).
The good news? 🤔 The solution is easy:

That's it. Go to the gym. Pick up the phone and call your friend. Cook one meal. Send that email. Write that post.
Don't worry about what people think. Don't worry about what you think. Don't worry about what comes next.
Just start. Everything is easier in motion.
