Welcome to your life.

This is your life.

  • We’re not telling you what to do.

  • Nobody is going to rescue you.

  • You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

This is your life.

  • Have you been living?

  • You only get one shot at it.

  • Most of us spend most of our time stuck in the past or worrying about the future.

What would it be like to actually live and feel alive?

Get ready to step up your self-awareness, your intentionality, your productivity, your gratitude, your joy, and your alignment with your vision. Ultimately, this is about being aware and moving closer to who you are.

Every morning, you’ll set your direction for the day. Every evening, you’ll assess how it went and make a note or two about the next day. And at the beginning and end of each week and month, you do the same.

It’ll take some time, but it’s time that will save you so much. It will help save you wasted time, it will help save you pointless worry, and it will help save you that uncomfortable feeling where you know you could, and should, be doing better.

Do what you need to do to live your life, and do it well. As Peter Drucker says, nothing is less productive than to make more efficient what should not be done at all. I almost hate to write this since it’s such a cliché, but this is about being your best self.

This guide helps make it simpler, but it’s not always going to be easy.

You have to commit. For yourself. For your loved ones.

So download and print the prompts, grab a pen, and start.
