π€ Two in a row is a new habit
Tough day last week. Got some news that really bothered me. Had a hard time concentrating. Felt pretty down.

Wasn't that productive. Didn't get everything I needed to done. Wasn't really the person I wanted to be.

It happens.

As James Clear points out in Atomic Habits, we can't allow ourselves to fall off the wagon in times like this. Everyone has a day where they don't show up properly. That's fine, just do your best to show up properly tomorrow.

Because if you don't do it properly tomorrow, that's two in a row.

And two in a row is the start of a new habit.
